DELIVERY
All orders are processed as quickly as possible
subject to availability of stock but please allow at least 14 days or longer for delivery, especially during busy periods such as June / July and November / December.
Our prices include UK and Europe delivery. Next day delivery can be arranged at extra cost on request.
Customers outside Europe are charged delivery at actual
cost, which will be notified at time of despatch or in advance on request.
All goods are despatched in secure protective packaging using regular Royal Mail
services unless otherwise requested.
REFUND POLICY
We offer a full no-quibble guarantee. Items returned within 30 days of the date of purchase will be subject to replacement or a full refund, according to the customer's preference.
Where returned items requiring replacement are out of stock, customers will have the choice of waiting until the item is in stock or having a refund.
ADVANCE ORDERS
Where orders are placed in advance of goods becoming available, the customer may cancel the order by e-mail, telephone or in writing and any payment made will be refunded in full.
LTA BRITISH TENNIS MEMBERSHIP SCHEME
We are pleased to give Teamcard points to LTA BRITISH TENNIS members.
Please quote your 9-digit British Tennis membership number and your 14-digit Teamcard number when ordering. Points will be added to your Teamcard account on the last day of the calendar month in which your order is processed.
